Daily levels: PDH, PDL, open
The previous UTC day's high and low and the day's open: points every market participant can see.
How we compute it
From Hyperliquid daily candles: PDH and PDL are the high and low of the previous UTC day, the open is the price at 00:00 UTC.
How to read it
- A break and acceptance on the other side changes the level's role (PDH becomes support).
- A break and a quick return is a rejection: the first warning for a breakout.
Traps
- Touching a level means nothing on its own. Stops often sit below PDL and above PDH, so the move can be violent in both directions.
Combine with
- With liquidations: a broken PDL can trigger a cascade.
- With the profile and VWAP: a daily level at a value edge matters more.
